 This was a great travel project. I made all the squares while traveling then 
crocheted them together when I returned.

but it is very easy and quick. I used a bulky (5) yarn so the blanket is heavy and warm.

 little larger.

The ‘bumpy’ texture works up into a 
warm, heavy weight, keeping baby nice and toasty! I could not resist the color “Minty”, so I paired it up with two additional colors to create a vibrant and bright color scheme. Perfect for a baby boy!

This pattern is worked from corner to corner creating a skewed diamond shape perfect for swaddling! Instead of using four colors as the pattern suggests, I chose this soft, colorful variegated yarn.
